Giveaway Description:
We are excited to offer a complimentary Feng Shui Energy Assessment of your home, valued at $5,000, courtesy of Daoist Design. This transformative assessment includes a comprehensive walkthrough of your space, followed by a personalized Feng Shui report designed to enhance your environment and empower your life.

Eligibility:
This giveaway is open to all participants who place a bid during the silent auction. To enter, you must be at least 18 years old.

Validity Period:
The Feng Shui Energy Assessment must be redeemed within 18 months from the date of the silent auction event.

Service Area:
This assessment is completely free for homes located in the following counties: Alameda, Contra Costa, Marin, Napa, San Francisco, San Mateo, Santa Clara, Solano, and Sonoma. If your home is outside these areas, we would still love to visit you—please see below for details!

Travel Fees:
For homes located outside the specified counties or in another state, additional travel fees may apply. These fees will be clearly communicated and agreed upon prior to scheduling your assessment.

Scheduling:
The winner will need to contact Daoist Design to schedule the assessment at a mutually convenient time. Please note that availability is subject to prior commitments.

Non-Transferable:
This giveaway is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other services.
